Admissions Coordinator Juanita Riberal
Juanita’s primary responsibility is welcoming new residents and patients to Vienna and ensuring a smooth transition. She facilitates tours for new families, answers questions, and works with families and hospitals to ensure a smooth transition. Juanita also assists new families by explaining what to expect during the patient’s or resident’s stay at Vienna, completing paperwork, and clearing up any questions. Juanita has been with Vienna for over five years. She began on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has continued to work her way up, thanks to her ability to live Vienna’s mission of quality and dignified care.
Quality Assurance Nurse Mary Scott, LVN
As Vienna’s Quality Assurance Nurse, Mary is responsible for promoting and ensuring that our staff uses best practices so that quality care is paramount in our daily delivery of care. Mary has 37 years of experience as an LVN and has spent the last nearly 20 years in long term care.
Director of Social Services Emily Denham, MSW
Emily focuses on the psycho-social needs of our residents, providing a supportive environment for their quality of life. She’s also responsible for discharge planning and helps residents and families coordinate lower levels of care and other services that may be needed after discharge.
Director of Staff Development Ida Ventura, LVN
Since 1995, Ida’s job has been to ensure that our entire staff is trained and knowledgeable about their jobs and responsibilities. Ida also is our infection control nurse and ensures that we maintain safe practices when it comes to controlling infections that can occur where many people live and work.
Activities Director Ester De Santiago
Ester has been a certified activities director since 1999, and she schedules a well-rounded program for our residents each day. In addition to two assistants, she supervises over 100 volunteers. Ester was the 2006 Activity Director of the Year of Northern California. Previously, Ester was a certified nursing assistant. She joined Vienna in 1987.
Dietary Supervisor Alfred Loza
Al has a comprehensive, 30-year background in food services and an AA degree in culinary arts. Classically trained by the Culinary Arts Institute at Greystone in Napa Valley, he holds basic and advanced culinary arts certificates as well as a dietetic services supervisor certificate. Al was hired as a cook in 2006 and was quickly promoted to the supervisor position in 2007.
Medical Records Director Brittany Ortegel
Brittany has over 10 years experience working with Vienna. She is accountable for ensuring accuracy in all patients' medical records. She works with the doctors of incoming families to make certain Vienna receives all of the necessary patient information, and that those records are kept up to date during patient’s or resident’s stay.
Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services Linda Araiza
Linda started working at Vienna in 1988 as a CNA and is a supervisor in charge of housekeeping and laundry. Linda works to keep Vienna clean and tidy. She also helps families with their laundry needs, often going above and beyond to ensure residents feel good in the clothes they are wearing.
Office Manager Alison Plines
Alison has been working with patients and their families for almost 10 years. She is accountable for helping families with their financial needs, including taking care of most insurances. She is responsible for Vienna's office needs, including receivables and billing.
Marketing Director Jamie Henderson-Vilinskas, MBA
Jamie works to share Vienna's mission and resources with families and medical establishments in the Lodi area. Her responsibility is to help families benefit from the resources Vienna has to offer. Jamie keeps her eyes open for new ways for Vienna to be involved and active in our community.
Accounting and Payroll Director Teresa Stocker
Teresa has been with us since 2004 and has many years of experience in the accounting field. Her primary responsibilities are accounts payable and payroll. She also performs all of the Medicare billing and other daily tasks.
