5-Star Rating

Vienna Nursing & Rehabilitation Center earned a 5-Star rating (the highest rating possible) from the national Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in December 2014. The 5-Star rating is based on Vienna’s annual reviews for health inspections, staffing, and quality measures.

The 5-Star Quality Rating System was created to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and help identify areas about which you may want to ask questions.

We encourage your to discuss this rating with our administrators.
